Month of Planning $1,000
To have no stress during your event. Collection covers for communication with all vendors. Clients will receive One Fat Dove working agenda supervising all production with breakdown, flow of the event, guiding guests to designated areas, bridal party walk-through, cutting cake, collecting gifts, etc.
LOVE YOU BUSHELS
Partial Planning $2,300
For the client needing help with managing and coordinating. This collection includes help with room layouts and flow of guests around the venue. Vendor referrals if needed. Managing payment reminder for all vendor contracted balances; this will also be for gratuities as needed. All clients will receive OFD working agenda and one hour rehearsal. Coordinator will supervise the production of event with breakdown.
Full Service Planning $3,200
Let OFD take lead in making your vision come to life. The collection includes the coordination of event design and aesthetic. Will help with the execution of invitations such as ordering and sending. Help with RSVP management of all guests. Review and finalize seating chart. Will work closely with the budget as to prioritize and revise as needed. Assist with the scheduled payments of remaining contract balances with gratuities if needed. Will accommodate for clients who are needing booking of transportation and hotel. Guests from out of town will be able to contact coordinator for event related activities. One hour of rehearsal is included along with the working agenda for production and breakdown.
